1. ε-Polylysine A safe polyamino acid food preservative produced by natural microorganisms. It has over 30 years of manufacturing experience. In recent years, due to its high safety, it has been used in everyday products such as wet wipes, toothpaste, shampoos, hygiene materials, cosmetics, various cleaning agents, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. It is also applied in preventing bacterial contamination during the manufacturing process of food ingredients, utilizing its high antibacterial properties, as well as in the removal of anionic substances using the characteristics of cationic substances, and as an additive in semiconductor CMP slurries. 2. MC-Media Pad A sheet-like microbial testing medium that serves as an alternative to agar media. By using the MC-Media Pad, there is no need for medium preparation like with agar media, allowing for space-saving and rapid microbial testing, significantly reducing the time required for testing. Additionally, compared to agar media, the amount of waste is reduced to about one-twentieth, contributing to the SDGs.
